Return Policy

Due to the nature of seeds as a biological product, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered.
If you receive an incorrect item or a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photos or proof of the issue when submitting your request.
After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Replacement Eligibility

Replacement may be offered if the wrong product was delivered.
Replacement may also be considered if the package is significantly damaged during delivery.
